Yoga club
Yoga-inspired movement sessions are brought to life with storytelling & music (composed especially for the classes). A multi-sensory approach develops physical & communication skills – a critical factor in positive life outcomes. Mindfulness & breath awareness are introduced with playful games and activities, giving children strategies for their future mental wellbeing. All sessions are aligned to the national curriculums.
Kindness, consideration & respect are at the heart of the sessions.
